Services
Cristal Torres Brows LLC provides permanent makeup and beauty services. Service recommendations are based on the information and photos provided by each client. Completing an assessment does not guarantee approval, eligibility, or an appointment.
Appointments and Deposits
Appointments are not reserved until the required deposit is paid. Deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred once when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show and may need to pay a new deposit.
Results and Eligibility
Permanent makeup results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, healing, aftercare, previous work, and other individual factors. Cristal Torres Brows LLC may decline or postpone service when a procedure is not considered appropriate or safe.
Perfect symmetry cannot be guaranteed because natural facial features are not perfectly symmetrical.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, following pre-care and aftercare instructions, and notifying us of relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, previous permanent makeup, or other factors that may affect eligibility or healing.
Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and giving consent, you agree to receive transactional and non-marketing text messages related to assessments, appointments, reminders, aftercare, and customer support.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Website Use
You may not misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or use its content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cristal Torres Brows LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, delayed communications, individual healing outcomes, or failure to follow provided instructions.
